Anna is a health and wellness leader with over 15 years of experience helping people reclaim strength from the inside out. Rooted in both clinical care and community-based health, she’s passionate about holistic wellness—using nature’s remedies, intentional movement, and sustainable practices to build strength, support the body, and help manage disease. At her core, Anna believes fitness is for everyone—not about chasing a look, but about feeling confident, capable, and strong in your own body.
Aaron Mitchell
Aaron has been a life-long health and fitness devotee. From the first time he set foot in a weight room at 12 years old, he knew he wanted to be strong and fit. But through many patient years lifting and learning, he has come to realize the importance of a holistic approach to health and fitness. With 6 years of experience in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting competitions, and an additional 8 years of coaching experience, he has extensive knowledge in training young competitive athletes, as well as older mothers with 4 children. His expertise in nutrition, functional fitness methodologies, hypertrophy methods, as well as strength training blends together to equip the next generation of fitness trainers and coaches that will help them and their clients sustain a lifelong fitness journey.

Chandan is a people and operations leader with over 15 years of experience across talent acquisition, HR strategy, and business operations. He has helped organizations build strong teams, streamline systems, and scale with clarity across diverse industries. He is passionate about creating people-first systems where individuals and organizations can grow with purpose.
